Although it may differ from person to person, we all have a picture in our mind of what it means to be "healthy." But what does it mean to be well?

At the most basic level, wellness is more a state of mind than a disease-free condition of physical good health. While it is possible to achieve one without the other, a state of wellness and optimal health generally occur together. Indeed, the processes support one another.

That sounds great, but your question may be "I don't have enough time as it is ... how do I make that work in my hectic, stressed-out life?"
